Public Content: We collect and store the information that you post to the Site, including your photos, comments and profile information.
ATN also collects personal information when you register to use our services. At registration you are asked for a username, password and a valid email address. If you are a professional or business entity, we will also require your company or firm name, address, email address, telephone number and other contact information.
ATN automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies and the pages you request. IP addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a webpage. This data is only used in the aggregate.
ATN uses information for the following purposes: products and services provisioning, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research and anonymous reporting.
ATN will send you a welcome/confirmation email when you sign up for our services.

ATN does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. You expressly relieve ATN of any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content.

ATN cookies do not collect personal information, and ATN does not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your username or email address is.

When you post a message, your ATN username is visible to other users. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. ATN may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, police investigations or legal proceedings.
In connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity ATN may disclose personally identifiable information as our sole discretion if we believe same to be necessary or appropriate. In such events, ATN may disclose name, street address, city, state, zip/postal code, country, phone number, email address and company name.
ATN may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf in order to provide products and services to you. Examples include but are not limited to fulfilling orders, and handling billing and payment.
It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
As part of using the ATN website, you may obtain another ATN user’s email address, and/or other information. This information should only be used for ATN-related communication or for ATN-facilitated transactions. ATN has not granted you a license to use the information for unsolicited commercial messages. Without limiting the foregoing, without express consent from the user, you are not licensed to add any ATN user to your email or physical mail list.
Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and ATN ability to keep the site free from negative elements, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order, legal process, or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to protect ATN rights, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or to report suspected illegal activity.
